Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain ERP data connectors and ensure high availability of ERP data.
- Develop, upgrade, maintain, and govern backend APIs and services.
- Improve ERP data storage and build large-scale distributed systems for the Infrastructure Team.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable structured and unstructured data pipelines for the Data Feeds Team.
- Design and refine expandable, high-performance data architecture and reliable internal data services.
- Translate product and business requirements into technical and data solutions, including intuitive data visualizations.
- Integrate and maintain collaborative data with third-party clients and address data mining and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with teams across the US, Singapore, and China, with flexibility for global work hours.
- Enforce data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.
- 5+ years of backend experience.
- Strong programming skills and knowledge of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent proficiency in Go or Python.
- Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, message queues, or NoSQL systems.
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Spark for the Data Feeds Team.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems for the Infrastructure Team.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure such as Kubernetes, Docker, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong logic and analysis skills, including the ability to abstract and appropriately divide business logic.
