Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI-powered features and applications such as conversational interfaces, workflow automations, MCP servers, and computer vision.
- Connect AI solutions with internal systems, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, third-party APIs, and operational data sources.
- Implement AI testing strategies including prompt evaluation, regression testing, output validation, and model performance assessment.
- Apply authentication patterns, data protection controls, and audit logging.
- Support responsible and compliant AI use through approved tools, data-handling practices, governance guardrails, and privacy and security reviews.
- Monitor deployed solutions for performance, reliability, and cost; respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business process improvement or technology adoption discipline, or equivalent practical experience or training.
- Foundational proficiency in one general-purpose programming language such as Python or C# and one frontend framework such as React or JavaScript.
- Comfort with REST APIs, JSON, databases, and basic data structures.
- Understanding or project experience with AI, machine learning, and large language model concepts such as prompting, embeddings, and retrieval.
- Relevant personal projects with publicly shareable artifacts such as GitHub repositories, demos, technical write-ups, or case studies.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications and automations is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including Azure Functions, CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and containers, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Graph APIs, Teams, and SharePoint is preferred.
- Relevant AI-focused certifications or accredited boot camps are preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
