Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions across Make.com, Airtable, Zendesk, Claude, and AI tooling.
- Create multi-system integrations that reduce manual Customer Care work.
- Own projects from initial discovery and design through production and ongoing improvement.
- Establish testing and validation environments for automation and AI solutions.
- Write maintainable, documented, and safe automations.
- Monitor production systems, debug failures, and minimize operational impact.
- Evaluate when no-code automation tools are sufficient and when a different technical approach is needed.
- Create reusable components, patterns, and standards for future builds.
- Partner with Operational Excellence, Customer Care Leadership, and Operations to identify and solve practical problems.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and dates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience shipping production automations using Make.com, Zapier, Claude, or similar tools.
- Experience using Airtable or comparable systems as an operational backbone.
- Experience building LLM-powered workflows with prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Strong production debugging skills under time pressure.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business requests into scalable and supportable solutions.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and operational partners.
- Comfort working quickly in ambiguous environments.
