Responsibilities
- Build and ship multi-modal AI agents for essential service companies.
- Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to map workflows and deploy products.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from design to implementation and rollout.
- Build reliable systems that support thousands of concurrent interactions.
- Evaluate and iterate on text/voice models through rapid experiments.
- Identify patterns and opportunities to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining production systems using Python and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with LLM, TTS, speech APIs, and fine-tuning models.
- Ability to meet SLAs and optimize systems for speed and reliability.
- Experience with production monitoring and debugging across cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers to troubleshoot and deliver solutions.
