Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered workflows end-to-end.
- Build and optimize data pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Design and execute benchmarks to evaluate AI models.
- Fine-tune and train Large Language Models (LLMs) for production use cases.
- Research and experiment with novel AI techniques.
- Collaborate with a high-impact team to translate research into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) including fine-tuning and optimization.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, Go, or C++ with distributed systems experience.
- Expertise in data engineering and large-scale data pipelines.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals including transformers and deep learning.
- Bonus: Experience with Reinforcement Learning or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
