Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for SAP Ariba rollouts and enhancements.
- Review business requirements against current processes and identify gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Advise on integration implementation approaches and architectural decisions.
- Oversee Cloud Integration Gateway, API, SAP Ariba module, approval workflow, document numbering, and interface configuration.
- Support supplier onboarding on the Ariba Network and document mapping for procurement transactions.
- Support master and transactional data migration, testing, defect resolution, deployment, and hypercare.
- Review service incidents and change requests and support service management.
- Drive adoption of IT security standards and IT audit action plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience with SAP Ariba and strong knowledge of Commerce Automation and API-based integration.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba integration methods including CIG, APIs, IDocs, web services, or middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO and BTP.
- Proficiency in Ariba Network configuration and document mapping for orders, order confirmations, ship notices, service entries, and invoices.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP procurement modules, including SAP S/4HANA or ECC, SAP MM, and master data.
- Experience implementing or supporting Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, or Commerce Automation modules.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English and willingness to travel.
