Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation and creation of forward-deployed customer engagements.
- Translate business problems and complex data landscapes into enterprise ontologies and knowledge graphs.
- Build agents, machine learning solutions, and working agentic applications grounded in enterprise data.
- Work alongside sales teams and strategic partners to demonstrate customer value and business cases.
- Run working sessions with technical and business stakeholders and deliver customer-facing technical solutions.
- Travel up to 25% as needed for customer engagements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience or strong potential in agentic AI and enterprise ontology development.
- Customer-facing technical communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with data engineering, analytics, data integration, and data modeling.
- Experience with modern data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Google Cloud, AWS data lakes, Palantir, or C3.ai.
- Knowledge of LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and MCP for building agentic AI solutions.
- Experience using agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
- Experience modeling business domains as ontologies or knowledge graphs.
- Experience building machine learning or data science models for forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, or similar business problems.
- Experience in FDE, presales, innovative professional services, technical consulting, or systems integration.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, pharma, aerospace, financial services, or related industries.
- Entrepreneurial ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and a focus on business value; no minimum years of experience is required.
