Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable language model architectures for evolving project requirements.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Analyze model performance and improve results through parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Lead team decisions, provide solutions across multiple teams, and serve as a subject-matter expert.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader systems and applications.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques.
- Ability to analyze and improve model performance using parameter tuning and evaluation metrics.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art language model frameworks and tools.
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
