Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deliver embedded software for electro-hydraulic tractor steering and braking systems while meeting functional safety goals.
- Develop and deliver software features for steering and braking subsystem applications.
- Build expertise in steering and braking features to support current products and future designs.
- Write and review software requirements and follow an embedded software development process.
- Lead or support Scrum activities including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and work tracking through Azure DevOps.
- Diagnose and analyze related mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using schematics, data sheets, and laboratory equipment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated technical problem-solving abilities with electro-hydraulic control systems.
- Expertise developing embedded applications using C.
- Experience writing and reviewing software requirements and using an embedded software development process.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent related work experience.
- Preferred experience with agricultural steering and braking control systems, Scrum team leadership, Azure DevOps, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic system design or diagnostics, electronic circuits, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
