Responsibilities
- Develop technologies that optimize AI infrastructure, including training infrastructure, inference infrastructure, and AI agent infrastructure.
- Conduct optimization work involving post-training workloads, inference engine performance, execution parallelism, and GPU kernels.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and open-source communities on joint development.
- Analyze emerging technologies from academia and industry.
- Present research and products in academic papers.
Requirements
- Be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Have experience with at least one of LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, enthusiasm for AI technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Frequent contributions to or maintainership of AI infrastructure open-source communities such as vLLM or SGLang are preferred.
- Publications at computer science conferences such as OSDI or MLSys are preferred.
- State availability and graduation date clearly in the resume and commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
