Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and testable mobile UI components and implement gestures, animations, and native module integrations.
- Translate mobile wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys into functional interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers.
- Apply mobile testing practices, support mobile build and deployment pipelines, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot cross-device issues.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, product, and architecture teams in Agile delivery activities, including planning, refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions, shared component libraries, development tooling, engineering standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong mobile development fundamentals and deep knowledge of React Native.
- Experience using JavaScript or TypeScript and modern mobile development practices.
- Ability to build performant, accessible, secure, responsive, and maintainable mobile interfaces.
- Knowledge of mobile testing approaches, including unit, integration, component, and automated end-to-end testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, backend, architecture, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
- Interest in current React Native releases, device APIs, native modules, biometrics, push notifications, and offline storage.
