Responsibilities
- Perform integration, system, feature, release, and quality verification activities for Nokia Defense solutions.
- Create, execute, analyze, and document test cases against product and customer requirements.
- Investigate test failures and collaborate with development teams on troubleshooting and resolution.
- Plan and execute OTA testing covering radio performance, coverage, mobility, and end-to-end system measurements.
- Develop and maintain automated test cases and improve test automation frameworks and coverage.
- Design, integrate, and maintain OTAVA laboratory test environments, equipment, radio systems, and automation tools.
- Explore validation technologies, automation, AI tools, and data analytics to improve testing methodologies.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Programming or scripting skills in Python, Robot Framework, or a similar tool.
- Analytical problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid personal identification document from a NATO-member country.
- Fluency in English.
- Preferred experience includes OTA testing, radio or wireless communication systems, test automation tools and frameworks, Linux, 4G or 5G communications, RF technologies, and laboratory test equipment.
- Ability to pass or hold a valid Finnish security clearance check.
