Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor team members and support their professional and technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with integrating simulation tools into manufacturing and production environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
