Base Salary
$152k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust machine learning and AI solutions using modern machine learning frameworks.
- Adapt VLMs, LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, and agents to address construction-site challenges.
- Curate data and perform quality assessments to support continuous, automated model updates.
- Collaborate on cloud deployment, rapid prototyping, and iterative delivery.
- Own assigned components from conception through production deployment and monitoring.
- Develop computer vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification.
- Build multimodal and spatial-intelligence systems involving vision, language, sensor data, 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, or geometry-based AI.
- Optimize models for performance and efficiency across resource-constrained environments and diverse hardware targets.
Requirements
- An MSc or PhD in a related technical discipline is ideal.
- A portfolio demonstrating the creation and deployment of AI/ML solutions or products is required.
- Strong background in computer vision, core deep learning, and neural architectures.
- Experience developing and deploying advanced vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification.
- Ability to integrate and align vision, language, and sensor data for context-aware applications.
- Familiarity with 3D scene understanding, reconstruction, or geometry-based AI techniques.
- Proficiency with modern deep learning frameworks and production-grade programming.
- Experience with model optimization, deployment pipelines, and diverse hardware targets.
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, communicate clearly, and take ownership in a dynamic environment.
