Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for accounts and partners focused on AI/ML and GPU workloads.
- Collaborate with account teams to develop success plans aligned with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable architectures and AI solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Lead technical deep dives, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to accelerate adoption.
- Optimize AI/ML workloads using advanced tools and techniques.
- Educate customers on building scalable AI applications.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in partnership with engineering and support teams.
- Provide customer feedback to shape product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Software Engineering.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Experience deploying and fine-tuning LLMs and GenAI models.
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux, and GPU optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Docker and Terraform.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with both engineers and executives.
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements.
