Base Salary
$159k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Recognize and safely use attacker tools, tactics, and procedures.
- Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to enhance red-team capabilities.
- Work with data scientists to develop and test detections for complex exploitation patterns.
- Build simulations to validate security tools and techniques.
- Advise the broader team on the threat landscape, tools, and techniques.
- Detonate and analyze malware behavioral patterns.
- Research attack patterns, conduct active testing, and mentor data scientists and software engineers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience for new and existing systems.
- At least 1 year of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- At least 1 year of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- At least 1 year of object-oriented design experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
