Base Salary
$66k - $106k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test technology solutions in areas including cybersecurity, satellite ground systems, information management systems, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence/machine learning.
- Collaborate in an Agile software development environment and help shape project direction.
- Support requirements and story development, software architecture and design, software development, and unit/component testing throughout the software engineering life cycle.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
- Programming experience in Java, Python, C++, or a similar language, with a solid foundation in object-oriented development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and oral communication skills, plus the ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly.
- December 2026 or May/June 2027 graduation eligibility.
- Preferred qualifications include a GPA of 3.0 or above; Agile software development experience; experience with web development frameworks, database technologies, web services, web application servers, integrated development environments, configuration/build management tools, or cloud deployment.
- Preferred cloud experience includes Amazon Web Services with Ansible, Docker, and Rancher.
