Responsibilities
- Apply software development practices and standards to build robust, maintainable software.
- Participate in all stages of the software development process.
- Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
- Optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
- Interact directly with clients on new features for future product releases.
- Design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions and scalable analytics solutions.
- Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field of study.
- Experience with software development and large-scale data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Czech or Slovak and English at the C1/C2 level.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work directly with clients.
- Programming experience with Python, C++, Java, and JavaScript.
