Base Salary
$95k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and unit test features for a business-critical website.
- Maintain existing software and software documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners to decompose features.
- Follow security standards and project governance requirements.
- Work in a SAFe team environment with developers, QA, business users, internal teams, and external partners.
- Manage development work according to critical project timelines.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of full-stack technology experience in J2EE and front-end technologies.
- Strong command of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, micro-frontends, JPA/Hibernate/iBatis, REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, Oracle, and DB2.
- Familiarity with Apache Tomcat, AWS, and microservices.
- Knowledge of release, build, and configuration management practices.
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with the insurance domain.
- Experience with software development life cycle management using Scaled Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to reside in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.
