Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver features and improvements for engineering applications.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and SQL.
- Participate in requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and demonstrations across the software development lifecycle.
- Follow SAFe Agile principles and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Write maintainable, efficient code and continuously improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and development processes.
Requirements
- A university degree or equivalent experience plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
- Full-stack development experience with C#, Angular, Spring Boot, Java, and/or SQL.
- Experience with SAFe Agile principles and hands-on Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using version control systems such as Git and managing work in Jira.
- Preferred qualifications include aerospace or defense industry experience, knowledge of software design patterns and architecture, and familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
