Responsibilities
- Create automated test scripts by reviewing business and technical requirements.
- Execute automated test scripts, document results, and test defects.
- Maintain and update test data sets and automated test scripts.
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support inquiries on a rotating or as-needed basis.
- Work or remain on-call during certain Canadian statutory holidays when required.
- Document test results and collaborate with software development staff to identify and correct software and documentation defects.
- Understand the Convergence application from an end-user perspective to design effective automated tests and provide relevant support.
Requirements
- Knowledge of automated testing script-writing tools and familiarity with Playwright.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages and tools such as Windows CMD batch files and PowerShell.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including basic SQL queries in SQL Server Management Studio, trace files, database backup and restore, and Server and Database properties.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tooling, particularly for developing test automation scripts.
