Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for telecom OSS applications.
- Perform functional, integration, and system testing across relevant domains.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Execute and analyze API testing using tools like Postman.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system scalability.
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing or QA engineering.
- Strong domain knowledge of Telecom OSS, including Network Inventory, Service Fulfillment, and Service Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools like WebdriverIO, Protractor, or Cypress.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting with Java or Python.
- Experience in performance testing, preferably using JMeter.
- Solid understanding of test methodologies, QA processes, and defect management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
