Base Salary
$188k - $221k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build pipelines and integrations aggregating control, asset, and identity data across cloud, identity providers, HRIS, source control, and CI/CD systems.
- Convert collected data into automated checks, live dashboards, and audit evidence.
- Implement a unified controls library so evidence can be collected once and mapped across multiple frameworks.
- Use existing technical-control and SaaS system-of-record data rather than creating parallel collectors.
- Build the technical evidence base for ISO/IEC 42001 and emerging AI-agent assurance standards.
- Implement agent action logging, evaluation evidence, tool-call restrictions, and failure-mode documentation with Product and Engineering.
- Translate policies and regulatory requirements into enforceable CI/CD and infrastructure-deployment rules.
- Operate continuous controls monitoring and route drift alerts to system owners.
- Instrument control effectiveness so risk posture can be reported from live data.
- Design and run agentic workflows for evidence analysis, control testing, and audit-response preparation with human review where needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years spanning software or automation engineering and security compliance.
- Production-grade scripting experience using Python or a similar language against APIs.
- Hands-on experience building LLM or agent workflows and using AI in daily work.
- Judgment about which work to delegate to agents, which requires human review, and how to document both for auditors.
- Working fluency with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 control language and acceptable audit evidence.
- Clear technical writing for auditors and customer security teams.
- Preferred experience with compliance platform APIs and determining when to build beyond them.
- Preferred experience with OSCAL or other machine-readable control and catalog formats.
- Preferred infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or a similar tool and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
- Preferred experience with AI product assurance, including evaluations, red-team evidence, or model and agent documentation.
