Base Salary
$184k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
- Build a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
- Guide regional go-to-market strategy through sales insights, product-gap feedback, and team advocacy.
- Participate in sourcing and screening candidates to maintain a high talent bar.
- Build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring technical excellence and sales success.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience.
- Experience with data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Residence in the Central US region.
- Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities is preferred.
