Staff Quality Engineer

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end quality strategy for AI products.
- Design and build evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic systems.
- Develop automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Establish quality metrics and benchmarks for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and priorities.
- Act as a technical mentor and promote quality engineering best practices.
- Participate in technical planning and advocate for testability from the design stage.
- Provide actionable test result feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on software quality and test automation experience.
- Deep experience with API & UI test automation frameworks.
- Fluency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Java, with a preference for TypeScript.
- Experience testing AI systems and using AI to scale automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design for web-based APIs.
- In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies in fast release cycles.
- Proven ability to define test case design standards and management practices.
- Knowledge of React and ability to explore codebases for technical understanding.
- Experience coaching cross-functional teams on testing strategies.
