Base Salary
$136k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug multi-threaded, parallel, and distributed high-performance computing software applications.
- Design, develop, and debug software that controls electro-mechanical systems, opto-mechanical systems, data acquisition hardware, servo control systems, or robotics.
- Apply object-oriented software design principles to machine-control applications.
- Deliver high-impact software work supporting KLA’s semiconductor inspection and metrology products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctorate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience with a doctorate or master’s degree, or at least 3 years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Expertise in object-oriented software design principles.
- Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience developing and debugging multi-threaded, parallel, and distributed high-performance computing software.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
