Responsibilities
- Develop LLM-based, RAG, and agentic solutions from concept through functioning applications.
- Design stable and well-structured generative AI solutions using existing software development skills.
- Learn, test, and apply new GenAI technologies and approaches.
- Take independent responsibility for proof-of-concept projects in collaboration with senior experts.
- Work on AI-based improvements to enterprise processes and real business problems for domestic and international clients.
Requirements
- Senior or mid-level software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
- At least 3 years of Python experience.
- Experience with Docker and practical knowledge of at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Initial familiarity with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, or related technologies.
- Motivation to develop a career in generative AI through intensive learning and on-the-job development.
- At least intermediate English proficiency.
- Preferred qualifications include personal GenAI/LLM projects, RAG, agentic or multi-agent solution experience, and experience with Kubernetes, LangGraph, n8n, or Copilot Studio.
