Base Salary
$141k - $226k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define the native platform architecture for Axon Fusus hardware.
- Set the SDK strategy, including ABI contracts and versioning guarantees.
- Design and ship cascade AI pipelines at the edge for real-time intelligence.
- Build high-performance pipelines from sensor to inference.
- Influence architecture decisions at the intersection of hardware, media, and AI.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Experience designing and building latency-critical systems on embedded and IoT devices.
- Proven track record in designing SDKs with stable ABIs and clear versioning strategies.
- Familiarity with ARM SoCs beyond x86 embedded systems.
- Ability to write well-tested, maintainable code and lead technical design reviews.
- Experience with hardware-accelerated video pipelines is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with edge inference using NPUs or GPUs is a plus.
