Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and project contributions.
- Translate stakeholder business requirements into effective technical strategies.
- Evaluate and improve development processes to optimize productivity and quality.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews and testing protocols.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and technical problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project deliverables.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
