Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, implementation, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Lead and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components.
- Evaluate and improve development processes for efficiency and quality.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and help solve work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance software systems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide development teams.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on innovative AI-driven solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
