Responsibilities
- Design and manage data pipelines for training and retraining Large Quantitative Models.
- Develop and rigorously test novel ML models and algorithms.
- Clean, transform, and engineer features from large-scale datasets.
- Analyze model behavior and optimize architecture for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers to create ML development roadmaps.
- Enforce high engineering standards for code quality and system efficiency.
Requirements
- BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
- 5+ years of postgraduate experience in software development.
- Experience in developing scalable ML systems and data processing pipelines.
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proven history of driving the full ML lifecycle from exploration to deployment.
- Deep proficiency in MLOps and software best practices.
