Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, configure, customize, and deploy TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.X integration solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and performance-tune TIBCO BusinessWorks applications and services.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Support production deployments, monitoring, issue resolution, and optimization of integration workflows.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide training and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Stay current with TIBCO BusinessWorks features, enhancements, and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.X.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, SOA, and API-based architectures.
- Experience debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning TIBCO BusinessWorks applications.
- Understanding of unit testing practices and coding standards.
- Experience supporting production deployments and monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and stakeholder teams and produce clear technical documentation.
- Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, exposure to TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Mashery, or related middleware tools, enterprise SIT/UAT experience, and knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP for integration deployments.
