Responsibilities
- Drive the engineering vision, strategy, and execution for an organization of 150+.
- Grow and nurture impactful business-focused product engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide teams in setting architectural patterns and making strategic investments.
- Partner with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance the consumer experience.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of industry experience in developing machine learning models.
- Proficiency in AI coding tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to drive technical roadmaps and own architectural decisions.
- Deep expertise in deep learning and optimizing LLM systems.
- Strong technical intuition and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Humility and a growth mindset, leading through collaboration.
