Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, reliable cloud-native applications within AWS.
- Design and support hybrid-cloud networking across SIPR, TS, and JWICS environments.
- Build cloud-native microservice full-stack applications using event-driven and microservice design patterns.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code and support cloud migration activities.
- Recommend cloud tools and solutions based on client environments and on-premise, cloud, and hybrid resources.
- Advise clients on cloud strategy, architecture, security, networking, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot cloud-native application deployments, configurations, and AWS networking issues in secured environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot container orchestration, operating systems, and identity authentication and authorization systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience architecting and developing scalable, reliable cloud-native applications within AWS.
- At least 3 years of experience with networking for hybrid-cloud environments within SIPR, TS, or JWICS.
- At least 3 years of experience building cloud-native microservice full-stack applications and working with DoD STIGs or CIS Benchmarks.
- At least 3 years of experience with infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience with DoD impact levels or classifications, AWS cloud, SQL and NoSQL databases, air-gapped cloud environments, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Experience with DoD cloud architecture or management, security, or networking.
- Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, statistics, or engineering.
- Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT II Certification within 60 days of starting.
- Preferred experience includes Kubernetes or other Kubernetes distributions, Ubuntu, RHEL, Windows Server, AWS networking, Single Sign-On, SAML, and OpenID.
- AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification is preferred.
