Base Salary
$145k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in the full software product lifecycle from idea generation and design through prototyping, execution, and shipping.
- Build scalable, high-quality software for Palantir Gotham and related mission-critical products.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand customer problems and develop effective solutions.
- Own projects from beginning to end and work with engineers, product managers, designers, product reliability engineers, and customer-facing teams.
- Meet users and observe their work to develop a deeper understanding of operational needs.
Requirements
- Have an active US security clearance or be eligible and willing to obtain one.
- Have an engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
- Be familiar with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.
- Have experience coding in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with engineers, users, and non-technical team members.
- Be willing to learn, make independent decisions, and ask effective questions.
