Responsibilities

Design and implement comprehensive test strategies.
Develop and maintain effective test practices.
Analyze, challenge, and clarify evolving requirements.
Design tests and plan appropriate coverage.
Apply test automation, coding, pipeline, test pyramid, and software delivery practices.
Communicate quality issues, impacts, and technical decisions clearly.
Share and promote QA knowledge and best practices.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders in distributed teams.

Hands-on experience with test automation and basic coding.
Knowledge of quality assurance fundamentals, including test design, coverage, and planning.
Technical familiarity with tools, APIs, databases, basic Linux/CLI, and reading and reasoning about code.
Understanding of pipelines, the test pyramid, software development lifecycle, and CI/CD practices.
Ability to analyze and communicate requirements, issues, impacts, and technical decisions.
Preferred exposure to fintech or financial domains such as trading, payments, risk, banking, or compliance.
Preferred experience with AI-augmented QA practices, including agentic testing, test generation, and test maintenance.
Preferred expertise in non-functional testing, including performance, reliability, or security.
Preferred record of improving quality practices, influencing teams, or mentoring.
