Responsibilities
- Administer NetSuite users, roles, permissions, configurations, modules, security protocols, and data integrity controls
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and perform system maintenance, updates, testing, and upgrades
- Design and develop NetSuite customizations including forms, fields, records, workflows, reports, saved searches, and dashboards
- Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications and support data migration projects
- Lead release testing, create test plans, and manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leads to gather requirements and design business solutions
- Maintain configuration, customization, standard operating procedure, development guideline, and system documentation
- Stay current with NetSuite capabilities and recommend process improvements
- Mentor software engineers, conduct knowledge transfer sessions, and review code with constructive feedback
Requirements
- Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP and its configuration, customization, and scripting capabilities
- At least 6 years of experience designing, building, and implementing NetSuite solutions
- In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules including GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorld
- Knowledge of system integrations and data migration
- Familiarity with Jira and Git
- Familiarity with PLM systems such as Arena is preferred
- NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation or Administrator are a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, independent-work, multitasking, and adaptability skills
