Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for critical production SaaS applications in Azure.
- Maintain and support infrastructure within a FedRAMP High authorized environment.
- Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Ensure critical SLAs are met and participate in an on-call rotation.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions for monitoring and incident response.
- Contribute to security documentation and apply observability best practices.
- Partner with engineering and security teams to drive reliability improvements.
- Lead post-incident reviews and implement preventive actions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Administration.
- Strong background in integrating and supporting software systems across environments.
- Proven experience as a Cloud Administrator with Azure and microservices on AKS.
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, and markup languages like XML and JSON.
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of redundancy, backup, and disaster recovery strategies in cloud environments.
- Hands-on expertise with monitoring tools like Datadog and Azure Application Insights.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and experience in FedRAMP environments.
