Responsibilities
- Develop new automation solutions and extend existing products using UiPath or Microsoft RPA and Power Platform components.
- Adapt and refine automation projects to meet global business requirements and architectural standards.
- Design, build, and optimize Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Dataverse-backed solutions.
- Write and optimize SQL, FetchXML, and Dataverse API queries for validation, automation logic, and troubleshooting.
- Design Cloud Flows using REST API integration, JSON manipulation, XPath, and expressions.
- Manage data sources, connections, and backend dependencies supporting automation functionality.
- Deploy updates, patches, and version upgrades for RPA tools and Power Platform components.
- Maintain workflow documentation, technical logic, configuration items, troubleshooting guides, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with Agile project managers and engineering leads to resolve technical blockers and support automation teams worldwide.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in automation operations or technology development.
- At least 4 years of dedicated experience with RPA technologies such as UiPath or Microsoft RPA and/or Power Platform.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, Dataverse architecture, Model-driven Apps, and Power Automate Online.
- Deep understanding of RESTful services, JSON schemas, XPath, expressions, and complex data manipulation.
- Advanced capability with SQL, FetchXML, and Dataverse API.
- Proven experience working in Kanban or Scrum environments and resolving runtime errors and environment configuration challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate or PL-500 Microsoft Certified Power Automate RPA Developer Associate certification is mandatory.
- Preferred qualifications include the alternative PL-400 or PL-500 certification, GH-300 GitHub Copilot certification within three months of joining, and an Automation Developer Professional certification from a major RPA vendor such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
