Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, code, install, test, debug, and document full-stack applications.
- Create and support Fidelity Canada’s web properties across backend and frontend systems.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives and identify opportunities for system improvement and future-state design.
- Ensure the security of related applications.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and scrum teams.
- Support applications through the software development lifecycle and production release.
Requirements
- A university degree, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of full-stack developer experience.
- Working knowledge of React or Angular, Java, Spring or Spring Boot, JavaScript, HTML or HTML5, XHTML, CSS or CSS3, jQuery, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and the complete software development lifecycle through production release and support.
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, innovative problem-solving ability, and the ability to work independently within a team.
- Technical insight sufficient to advise, guide, challenge, and support technical decisions.
- Current work authorization for Canada.
- Prior investment or mutual fund experience is an asset.
- Experience leveraging artificial intelligence to solve problems creatively is an asset.
