Responsibilities
- Support the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise business applications.
- Gather and document requirements and participate in solution design activities.
- Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, configure, and integrate application components under supervision.
- Assist with unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, including planning, execution support, issue management, and scope coordination.
- Support application deployments and production issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials.
- Collaborate with business users and project teams to improve processes and applications.
- Document, prioritize, track, and resolve application defects and project issues.
- Follow development standards, security requirements, and change management processes.
- Continuously learn new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, MIS, software engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional work.
- Foundational knowledge of software development, application lifecycle methodologies, databases, and application support.
- Experience with one or more of C#, .NET, VB.NET, Python, JavaScript, SQL, Angular, React, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar source control tools is preferred.
- Exposure to modern web development and component-based user interface frameworks is preferred.
- Experience or interest in AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor is preferred.
- Service desk or similar request management system experience is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, CPI, BTP integration/EDI programming, ERP systems, reporting solutions, or enterprise business applications is preferred.
- Understanding of IoT, GPS tracker platforms, and design engineering products such as AutoCAD and Inventor is preferred.
- Must be team-oriented, results-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient in written and verbal English.
