Responsibilities
- Architect and lead IAM system redesign with a focus on user experience and scalability.
- Guide technical decision-making and adoption of user-centric solutions.
- Promote engineering best practices emphasizing usability and maintainability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for efficient platform delivery.
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities in IAM.
- Meet with engineering teams to understand their access management needs.
- Document standard methodologies and design guidelines.
- Resolve unclear but urgent tasks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in IAM.
- Proven technical leadership experience.
- Expertise in AuthN, AuthZ, and access governance.
- Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle management.
- Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
- Strong expertise in GCP and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent communication skills aligning technology with user needs.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity.
- Curiosity and interest in learning new things.
