Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and continuous improvement of packaged and SaaS application solutions.
- Configure and integrate Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and related cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Manage software releases and deployment strategies while maintaining platform stability and performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Establish best practices, drive continuous improvement, and optimize processes and technology adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to support project milestones and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Expert proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance in cloud environments.
- Experience configuring and integrating cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with SaaS release management and deployment strategies.
- Understanding of system performance optimization and platform stability.
