Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into AI-driven Salesforce agents.
- Integrate and configure LLMs and AI services for Salesforce applications.
- Develop custom Agentforce components, templates, and integrations.
- Embed, configure, and optimize intelligent AI-powered agents in Salesforce environments.
- Use Salesforce development technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Provide recommendations on data strategy, data quality, and governance for AI initiatives.
- Guide customers in adopting, activating, and expanding their use of Agentforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues involving Salesforce and AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs or AI services into applications.
- Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable AI/ML solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Required Salesforce AI Specialist certification.
- Required Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Required Salesforce Platform App Builder certification.
