Responsibilities
- Implement Dynatrace SaaS or Managed deployments across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
- Install and configure OneAgent, ActiveGate, and Dynatrace extensions.
- Enable application performance, infrastructure, host, Kubernetes, container, digital experience, synthetic, and log monitoring.
- Validate rollouts and resolve deployment issues.
- Configure services, processes, dashboards, alerts, management zones, and customer-specific monitoring use cases.
- Customize alerting and problem detection using Dynatrace Davis AI and best-practice thresholds.
- Configure and support integrations with ServiceNow, CI/CD pipelines, AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Use Dynatrace APIs, automation workflows, and scripts to reduce manual effort and support auto-remediation.
- Create implementation guides, runbooks, onboarding documentation, and operational procedures.
- Provide knowledge transfer and enablement to operations and application teams.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of professional experience.
- Extensive experience implementing Dynatrace.
- Strong knowledge of application and infrastructure system design patterns and solutions in traditional and cloud environments.
- Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Dynatrace Associate, Implementation, or Administration professional certification.
- Canadian permanent resident or citizen is listed under the qualifications.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship and must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
