Responsibilities
- Implement and support the company’s HR and payroll application systems.
- Participate in system design and write and implement efficient code.
- Conduct UAT, augment test scenarios, and monitor operational processes.
- Maintain and upgrade existing systems and provide ongoing operational support.
- Manage Workday configuration and integrations for Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with HR subject matter experts and business partners on system design, user experience, issue resolution, and process design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience; work experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent experience in user requirements analysis and software development; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- HCM technical and functional background with hands-on HRMS support and Workday configuration experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of .NET-based frameworks and MVC architectures, with programming experience in ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, HTML, XML, Java, JavaScript, REST API, and MS SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Preferred experience with React, SSRS, SSIS, Windows/Web Services, and Oracle databases.
- Working knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
