Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with team members and other technical and product teams.
- Contribute to code reviews and improve the codebase and team processes.
- Manage projects as a technical lead, driving progress and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Write platform-level code in Rust addressing host concerns like back pressure and resource limits.
- Analyze and resolve performance and stability issues to meet high scale requirements.
- Oversee a large-scale production system with high performance and availability needs.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of software development experience, with 3 years in high-reliability systems programming, ideally in Rust.
- Comfortable writing asynchronous and concurrent code.
- Willingness to learn and dive into cutting-edge technologies.
