Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant telemetry infrastructure.
- Build and optimize services for ingesting, transforming, and querying logs, metrics, and traces.
- Operate production Kubernetes systems with self-healing, autoscaling, and robustness goals.
- Collaborate with teams to understand observability needs and build operational tools.
- Participate in system design reviews and post-incident retrospectives.
- Participate in the team’s site on-call rotation.
- Optionally build user-facing observability interfaces using React and JavaScript.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development and infrastructure engineering.
- Hands-on experience building full-stack applications with modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Golang or equivalent system-level languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience designing and consuming REST/gRPC APIs and building scalable microservices.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems fundamentals, including scalability, fault tolerance, consistency, and resiliency.
- Experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities using AI frameworks, MCP Servers, and AI Agent Frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, or AI agents.
- Experience deploying and operating services in containerized Kubernetes environments.
- Familiarity with metrics, logs, and traces as observability pillars.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, time-series storage, query optimization, high-throughput cloud-native data pipelines, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and open-source infrastructure or observability tooling.
