Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of AI solutions in client environments from requirements gathering through production go-live.
- Design and implement integrations between Claude-based solutions and ERP, ITSM, finance, reporting, and other enterprise platforms.
- Configure Claude.ai, Claude for Teams, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork workflows for client use cases.
- Translate business requirements into Claude deployment architectures, including API-first, embedded, agentic, and assisted workflows.
- Build prompt libraries, system prompt architectures, context-management strategies, MCP server integrations, and API connectors.
- Ensure deployed solutions meet scalability, security, data governance, and compliance requirements.
- Create integration documentation, runbooks, handover materials, reusable prompt frameworks, and knowledge-base content.
- Lead technical onboarding and enablement workshops and act as the primary technical client contact during and after deployment.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, performance problems, and adoption barriers in production environments.
- Monitor solution usage and performance, identify optimization opportunities, track Anthropic product changes, and support pre-sales technical scoping.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude solutions, including advanced Claude.ai workflows, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.
- Strong knowledge of the Anthropic Claude API, system prompts, context management, model selection, cost-performance tradeoffs, agent orchestration, MCP, AI safety, governance, and compliance.
- Understanding of LLM concepts including RAG, hallucination mitigation, tokenization, context windows, and model behavior.
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, and Python or JavaScript/Node.js scripting.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API authentication, SSO concepts, AWS, Azure, or GCP environments, and data integration and governance principles.
- At least two years of hands-on Workiva implementation experience supporting SEC reporting and SOX 404 compliance, including Wdesk, 10-K and 10-Q reporting, ICFR documentation, Inline XBRL, data connectors, reporting automation, audit trails, permissions, and governance controls.
- Highly preferred experience combining Claude and Workiva for financial disclosure drafting and review, variance commentary, SOX evidence collection, audit workflows, and compliant AI-assisted reporting.
- At least three years of experience in technology implementation, solutions engineering, systems integration, or IT consulting.
- Experience working directly with enterprise clients, strong documentation and client communication skills, and bilingual English and Spanish capability.
- Anthropic Claude Accredited Facilitator certification or similar, and experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, finance, accounting, audit, or compliance teams, are preferred.
