Responsibilities
- Lead FDEs in building and validating AI application prototypes and advancing agent systems to production.
- Guide cloud architecture, AI-assisted development, API and data-system integration, and automated deployment in client environments.
- Lead the development of evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agent accuracy, safety, and latency.
- Identify reusable technical patterns and issues, translate them into product feature requests, and drive product development.
- Collaborate with client engineering teams to support successful launches, long-term success, and adoption of AI applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 5 years of client-facing technical architecture and delivery experience, including prototype development, client communication, and production-grade delivery.
- At least 2 years of technical team management experience.
- Experience with AI applications, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agent development, and cloud-based architecture and development.
- Preferred: master’s or PhD degree, C-level stakeholder communication, business consulting, industry-specific AI solution delivery, and complex agent-system development using frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI.
