Responsibilities
- Lead one-week sprints with business teams by shadowing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, building proofs of concept, and handing them off to engineering.
- Build AI-powered knowledge bots, RAG systems, data analysis agents, campaign reporting tools, and custom web applications.
- Connect AI tools to business data sources using semantic models, Databricks, and MCP connections.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and AWS.
- Design RAG systems covering document ingestion, chunking, retrieval quality, and knowledge architecture.
- Run hands-on AI workshops and mentor team-level AI Champions.
- Contribute Claude skills, templates, and how-to guides to the shared skill library.
Requirements
- Comfortable reading and writing Python and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
- Experience building AI workflows and understanding LLM capabilities including agents, tool use, RAG, context engineering, and structured output.
- Ability to analyze complex business workflows and redesign them for automation.
- Strong communication skills for working with business units, explaining technical concepts, running workshops, and presenting to senior leadership.
- Ability to take problems from discovery through to working proofs of concept.
- Preferred experience includes Terraform, AWS or similar cloud environments, data pipelines, semantic layers such as dbt, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval systems, hackathons, side projects, open-source contributions, or end-to-end academic, personal, or professional projects.
